We are a building design firm aiming to assist our clients with building permit submissions and approvals in Ontario.
We offer building design services by our architectural, BCIN designers and consultants for new, additions and interior alterations projects of Residential Occupancies (including Custom Homes, Single houses, Semi-Detached, Town-Housed, Residential Apartments Secondary Suits/ADUs, and Finished Basements).
We also provide design and drawings for additions and interior alterations for Business and Personal Suits, Mercantile, and Low Hazard Occupancies (strip plazas or commercials and small Industrial projects).
Your property is obviously beyond the walls, floor plans, and the roof above. We value our clients' ideas and budget and will shape the design, architecture, and structure in a way to add the maximum value in the most cost-effective design and construction.
